In order to have your offer prepared, we ask that all orders are submitted by 4:30pm. Any orders placed after 4:30pm will be completed and sent for review and signature the next business day.

Any orders placed after 4:30pm can be completed the same day with a rush fee of $15.

Any orders made on Saturday or Sunday shall be completed by Monday.

*All orders have a 1 - 2 hour turnaround.

• Review purchase agreement, counter offers, and amendments to ensure all are fully executed with proper dates, initials, signatures, and broker information is completed.

  • Keep track of deadlines per contract agreement

  • Upload all disclosures, documents, and reports into a secured drive as they are received or fully executed throughout the transaction

• Hire us and relax

• Negotiations of repairs or any changes to the contract

• Review Escrow Instructions and Preliminary Title Reports

• Communication between seller, vendors and buyers agent

• Provide fully executed contracts, addendums, etc.

• Schedule Inspections, Repairs, appointments

Any cancelations made prior to input of listing can be canceled for full refund.

If cancelled after input of listing you will be refunded 50% for publishing listing.
