DETAILS

  • For homes under 2500 square feet, it should take roughly 45 minutes to an hour. For larger homes, it could take an additional hour per 2000 square feet. It is necessary that your listing is “photo ready” before we arrive, as having to wait to move cars, clean up yards, move furniture, clean off countertops etc, just adds more time unnecessarily. During the busy season it’s especially imperative that your home is ready to shoot before we arrive as we are on very tight schedules.

  • We believe drone footage should be included in any and all real estate marketing, but we leave the choice up to buyer as an ‘Add-On’ for all packages.

  • Most Multiple Listing Service platforms have an upload image option after entering the information to your newly created listing. However the steps to uploading the files is based on which platform you are using. Please ask your broker for your most immediate questions.

  • We currently don’t have a limit in the number of photos we provide. Ultimately, it depends on the size and features of the property that determines if we are delivering 20 photos or 50 photos.

  • We are currently in a trial period in virtual staging. If you are interested in staging your photos, please email us directly and one of our team members will get with you shortly.

  • All final deliverable images are edited to enhance lighting, color, shadows, and composition. Digitally adding/altering the image is not included.

  • Yes, all photos will be shot 4x3. Whether they are vertical or horizontal depends on the shot.
