4K HDR VIDEO

HDR stands for High Dynamic Range and refers to the contrast or color range between the lightest and darkest tones in an image. On a good-quality TV displaying real HDR TV shows, movies and games, you'll see brighter highlights, better contrast and deeper, more realistic colors. The image overall is just more lifelike to bring the realism and details for your home listing.

  • The Full Video includes cinematic shots of the exterior, interior (each room), and, if opted for, drone footage.

    Teaser Video shall include the best shots for a quick 15-30 second video.

  • Video is shot 16:9 or 1920 x 1080 which is the international standard format of HDTV.

    A 16:9 ratio is typically seen as optimal because it is capable of the highest resolution. It is also easy to capture this aspect ratio on almost all devices.

    The correct aspect ratio for YouTube videos is 16:9. This size is also compatible for Facebook and Instagram.

    Future aspect ratios such as 4:3, 9:16 (vertical), and more shall be introduced.

  • We currently do not provide vertical video services at this time. We hope to add this in the future!

  • Teaser Video ranges from 15-30 seconds

    Full Video is a minimum of 1 minute long.

    Depending on the size of the property, our videos can be as long as 10 minutes.

 

REAL ESTATE PHOTOGRAPHY

With over 10+ years of experience, our team has watched the digital era bloom and engulf the real estate market. We aged with the changes, tweaking and perfecting our techniques in the process, focusing on creating the perfect visual buffet for our clientele. Our photos are meant to show your house without you having to, with all of your favorite quirks and features highlighted. Let our photos tell your story.

  • For homes under 2500 square feet, it should take roughly 45 minutes to an hour. For larger homes, it could take an additional hour per 2000 square feet. It is necessary that your listing is “photo ready” before we arrive, as having to wait to move cars, clean up yards, move furniture, clean off countertops etc, just adds more time unnecessarily. During the busy season it’s especially imperative that your home is ready to shoot before we arrive as we are on very tight schedules.

  • We believe drone footage should be included in any and all real estate marketing, but we leave the choice up to buyer as an ‘Add-On’ for all packages.

  • We currently don’t have a limit in the number of photos we provide. Ultimately, it depends on the size and features of the property that determines if we are delivering 20 photos or 50 photos.

  • We are currently in a trial period in virtual staging. If you are interested in staging your photos, please email us directly and one of our team members will get with you shortly.

  • All final deliverable images are edited to enhance lighting, color, shadows, and composition. Digitally adding/altering the image is not included.

  • Yes, all photos will be shot 4x3. Whether they are vertical or horizontal depends on the shot.

  • All VR Tour orders come with a MLS compatible link which can be used in your MLS listing. Please ask your broker for your most immediate questions.

  • Available as an Add-On for any VR Tour order. Delivery within 2 business days after VR Tour is fully rendered.

    All room labels are in English using the U.S. (Imperial) unit of measurement.

    Schematic Floor Plans are accurate to 1 to 2% of reality.

    All floor plans are delivered as a PDF file.

    Spaces over 10k ft² (929 m²) and less than 25k ft² (2300 m²) are charged as two orders. Schematic Floor Plans are unavailable for Spaces over 25k ft² (2300 m²).

  • A VR shoot takes 1-2 hours per 1000 sqft.

    So, a 3,000 sqft would take 3-6 hours. Time varies depending on the following factors:
    - Furnished or not furnished
    - Ease of Access
    - If a floor plan is ordered, our shooters need to scan each room and closet

  • We currently do not provide virtual staging at this time for VR Tours.

  • Yes! We provide a MLS compatible link which can also be used to post on social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
