Team Earth to Atlanta (ETA) would like to propose a collaboration with Ganek PC to mutually benefit from a marketing campaign focusing on growing awareness, branding power and lead conversion. We propose a video centric marketing method that will create multi-purpose content that can be used for your website, emails, and social media platforms.

QUESTIONS & ANSWERS

  • It can be anything related to closings, real estate, and company culture. These videos can be explainers, short skits, reels, Tiktoks, and more! For more examples, see the bottom of the page.

  • Our objective is to create content that can be used in multiple ways to keep your viewers informed and entertained. While we provide suggestions on how to use the content, the actual publishing and marketing will be controlled by Ganek PC or 3rd Party Marketing Service.

  • Earth to Atlanta will use the contributions from Ganek PC for marketing and advertisement purposes. The contribution will be on a sliding scale depending on the project. The amount may fluctuate based on the conversion and success of campaign.

  • The content will delivered with a downloadable link through Vimeo, Dropbox, Youtube or other downloadable servers.

  • All videos are downloaded in mp4 format unless otherwise specified.

    After clicking download, you'll be presented with video quality options. Just click the Download button next to the video resolution of your choice and it will save right to your computer.

  • Real Estate transactions are the bread and butter of our business, As such, we recognize that Ganek is an amazing closing company to work with. For the partnership, we will introduce Ganek to all our leads and clients. Once the introductions have been made, Ganek can step in and work on the lead.

  • In the event that we no longer wish to work with each other, either party can cancel with a 30 day notice.

    Q&As: Similar to explainers, but these can be quick, back-to-back questions that can be explained in a few seconds.

    Small Skits: These can be role play videos where your team can act out a scenario.

    Introductions: Ganek can introduce themselves, their team members, company culture, and your programs.

    Latest News: Just as it says, these can be alerts to let the public know the latest interest rates, market changes, government programs, etc.

    Video Trends: Most videos watched these days are individuals reusing trending audio, creating duets (replying to another video), dancing, etc.

  • MONTHLY ITINERARY

    The first month starts TWO (2) months worth of production so we will always be a month ahead of time. We will schedule preproduction with the Ganek team.

    During preproduction, we talk about what we want to shoot. We come up with ideas and how to shoot them. Our first preproduction day is also used to introduce Ganek to different marketing concept and technologies.

    Day of shooting, we record the ideas from preproduction. These shoots can take up to 8 hours. ETA will schedule shoot days each month to ensure ample time. There will also be days dedicated to producing B-Roll to be used for future projects. Each month we ask Ganek to appear as a guest to discuss topics relating to the industry, latest news, and other real estate topics. Topics on our podcast will be discussed during preproduction each month.

  • SCALING GOALS

    Sliding scale starts at any tier we end up choosing for a period of 6 months. This is a good period of time for real results to show, anything under that would not represent results to the fullest extent.

    Our focus is to create content and advise on strategies to maximize conversion. We should be able to get a good measure of conversion rates by the 3rd month.

    After this period, we will revisit the numbers and plan for higher or lower monthly advertisement, budget and update to our goals.

[UPDATE - June 6, 2023]: Beginning June 6, 2023, creators in select regions who are 18 years or older, have an account that is at least 30 days old with at least 10K followers, have posted more than three public videos in the last 30 days, and have at least 1K authentic video views in the last 30 days, are eligible to join Series. Creators with less than 10K followers but meet the above requirements can apply by providing a link to premium content they've previously sold on other platforms via the Creator Center in the TikTok app. Application does not guarantee access. Series is in its early stages, and we're continuously exploring ways to improve the experience for our creator community and the way creators are rewarded. We’re looking forward to hearing feedback from our community!

Developed with our community's love of sharing authentic stories, expertise and experiences in mind, Series enables eligible creators to post Collections of premium content behind a paywall which viewers can purchase for access. One Series can include up to 80 videos, each up to 20 minutes long, giving people a new, longer format to watch their favorite creators and content.

Creators can select how much their Series should cost that best reflects the value of their exclusive content, which can be purchased for access via direct in-video links or through a creator’s profile. Through Series, creators can build even stronger relationships with their viewers while also giving viewers another way to support creators.

Real Estate Brokerage Dodge Ball Tournament

Introduction

"Dodge for a Cause" is a unique, fun, and exciting way to foster unity and camaraderie among competing Real Estate Brokerages while supporting Grand Expectations (EXAMPLE), a local non-profit organization dedicated to providing affordable housing solutions for the underprivileged.

Tournament Format & Participants

The tournament will comprise 12 Real Estate Brokerage teams, each representing their respective company. These teams will compete in a round-robin style tournament that culminates in a grand finale to crown the Dodge Ball Champions.

Live Broadcast

To extend the reach and impact of the tournament, we will live stream the entire event on popular social media platforms and a dedicated website. This platform provides extended viewership, allowing supporters and the broader public to tune in and support their favorite team, ultimately increasing the exposure for our sponsors and participants.

Sponsorship Opportunities

We are offering a variety of sponsorship opportunities:

  1. Platinum Sponsor - As the main event sponsor, your logo will be featured prominently on all promotional materials, jerseys, swag items, live broadcast, and on the event's website and social media channels.

  2. Gold Sponsors - Your logo will be on promotional materials, the live broadcast, and the event's website.

Competing brokerages will also have the opportunity to market their brands through team branding, social media engagement, networking at the event, and showcasing their commitment to the community.

Budget

The budget for the event will cover venue rental and setup, jersey and swag, production, marketing and promotions, and logistics and operations. Funding generated through team registrations, sponsorship contributions, and jersey and swag sales will be utilized to cover these costs. All surplus funds will be donated directly to Grand Expectations.
